For Christmas I was given a recipe book and have been looking for recipes to fill in the empty spots. On Instagram I asked for you guys to share recipes and in turn I am going to share the recipe to my favorite Macaroni and Cheese. With everything going on in the world due to COVID-19 I thought now was the perfect opportunity to do this to hopefully lighten up your feed and give inspiration to your home cooking while you are in self quarantine.

Self quarantining is stressful.

We are facing more free time then we know how to handle.

If you have kids, then you are hearing more about how they have nothing to do being stuck at home.

You ran out of groceries. So now you need to go to the store but, you need cheep meals, that don’t call for an abundance of one item because of stores now having purchase limits.

I want to share a recipe that will hopefully help with the stress of meal prep and keep you fulfilled.

Recipe: Macaroni & Cheese


1 32 ounce brick of white Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 16 ounce box of Elbow Pasta (4.5 cups)

3 TBSP Flour

3 TBSP Butter

Milk just enough to cover cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bring Pasta to a boil

Cut Cheese into 1 inch diameter squares

Create the Cheese sauce. Combine Cheese, Butter, flour and enough milk to just about cover the cheese. And melt it all together on a stove top

Move your cooked Noodles into a pan and pour the cheese sauce over it and stir together

Cook the Macaroni & Cheese for 30 – 45 minutes
